Kratos Learning Solutions (KLS) – A Kratos Company (formerly DTI Associates) is the lead organization responsible for overseeing and implementing the Policy to Performance project. KLS staff responsible for managing the initiative is led by Chrys Limardo. In partnership with Abt Associates , KLS is working closely with Judy Alamprese, Policy to Performance Technical Assistance Director, to customize a streamlined approach to Technical Assistance using the Policy, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (PPIE © ) process.
