DTI Associates, Inc. – A Kratos Company (DTI) is the lead organization responsible for overseeing and implementing the Policy to Performance project. DTI staff responsible for managing the initiative includes Laura Lanier , Kristine Nowicki , and Chrys Marcus Limardo. In partnership with Abt Associates , DTI is working closely with Judy Alamprese, Policy to Performance Technical Assistance Director, to customize a streamlined approach to Technical Assistance using the Policy, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (PPIE © ) process.
Additional expertise will be leveraged from three high level technical and content advisors, who include Judy Alamprese, Gary Eyre , and Rick Maher of Maher & Maher . Together these individuals make up the Policy Development Expert Group (PDEG). The PDEG will provide expertise to participating states and the coaching cadre in the areas of policy development, postsecondary transitions, adult education reform, workforce development, and organizational change. Coaches will utilize the PPIE framework to assist state teams in the development of a comprehensive two-year action plan.
